Edgemont History
In 1977, Edgemont was listed on the National Register of
Historic Places. Edgemont is a good example of the early Federal period of
architecture. The Jenks Homestead shows most of that style. The Jenks
family were an early family of Quakers to settle in Bucks County. The house was
built by Charles Jenks.
